Gait warrants that its lacrosse heads will be free from defects during normal use for six (6) months from the date of the original retail purchase. Gait, upon receipt and approval of your return, will send you an unstrung head of the same model. Gait reserves the right to provide substitutions based on product availability. Intentional alterations to heads such as dyeing, melting, pinching or bending will void the warranty on all Gait heads.
This is provided that: the item was purchased from an authorized Gait Lacrosse dealer; the customer retains proof of purchase from the original transacation (i.e. store receipt); the item has not been abused, altered (i.e. pinched), defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged; and the return was handled properly according to the Gait return process.
Stringing components are not covered by any warranty policy.
