hard to offer the highest quality Lacrosse Equipment at the best prices
possible. Your continued support allows us to purchase equipment in
such large quantities that we can offer the lowest prices
possible.
We do NOT currently offer a price match guarantee at this time.
Prices at LacrosseMonkey.com™ are subject to change,
even when you thought our deals couldn't get any better!
*NOTE: The price paid at the time of your purchase is the
final price. We do NOT give any adjustments once you have purchased
the equipment.
Note The Following Restrictions:
- Price must be advertised on an authorized U.S. based website.
- Item must be exact same model including size, color, and model
year.
- Item must be in-stock (some dealers advertise items they have
no intention of shipping)
- Our policy is for "like for like", some dealers will
advertise a lower price but will charge a high shipping fee or
add in a "handling" charge.

Delivery times are calculated in business days, weekends, holidays
and the day of shipment does NOT count towards the delivery time.
(i.e. if we ship on Friday a 2nd day air package, the arrival

We are based out
of Southern California, so choose your shipping times
accordingly! GROUND SHIPPING ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO 48 HOURS
TO PROCESS. If you absolutely
need it by a certain day then choose one of the air services.
The above charges are per
shipping box. For larger orders we will e-mail you a shipping quote.
Orders exceeding one
package or considered oversized due to weight or size may
be subject to additional fees. A Customer Service Representative may
contact you
regarding your order.
All AIR orders placed prior to
11:00 a.m. PST will usually ship
that same day (assuming all items are in-stock). Sometimes we receive
so many orders that we may take an additional day to process your
order. (If you need a product by a specific date then please call
us). Any order placed after 11:00 a.m. on Friday will be shipped the
following non-holiday Monday.
*NOTE:
That pick-ups are
Monday-Friday only. Overnight orders that
ship on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless you
choose the Saturday delivery option. UPS will NOT ship to
PO Boxes,
please use a physical street address. Orders that are refused will
be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us and a
15% re-stocking fee. Orders shipped via UPS are subject
to the 'Terms and
Conditions of Service' as detailed on
UPS.com.
Shipping to Canada
UPS Customs Brokerage provides customs clearance for shipments
entering Canada, including all other modes of transportation such as
truck, rail, air and ocean freight. Enjoy the low UPS rates for
customs clearance on all your imports by simply telling your carrier
that UPS is your Customs Broker.
To save even more, ship your urgent
imports by UPS Worldwide Express and Expedited services and routine
entry preparation will be provided at no additional charge when UPS
is designated as the Customs Broker. Additional charges may apply
for complex customs clearance procedures.

-Exchanges: We
understand that sometimes items do not fit exactly the first time,
therefore, LacrosseMonkey.com™
will gladly exchange any products purchased
from our site. Please contact us for return/exchange information.
Customer must pay for shipping both directions!
-Refunds:
Items that are returned without exchanging for another item are
subject to a 10% restocking fee + the original cost of shipping.
-Express Exchange: Express
service is available for a $5 service charge. If upon receipt of products
the customer desires a new item sent out immediately then the express
service is for you. We can charge your credit card for the new item
plus shipping (there is no Free Shipping on exchanges) and the
$5 service charge; then, when the original item is received, we will
refund you the full price of the original item. There are several
costs to us for doing this...thus the $5 service charge.
-Clearance/Closeout Items: Clearance
or Closeout items can NOT be returned or exchanged, and all sales are
FINAL. All clearance or closeout items have limited quantities and
are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

are brand new, first quality (unless otherwise noted) with full factory
warranties. Please check all items upon receipt, if the items seemed
damaged or used please report this to us immediately.
NO returns will
be accepted of used items!
All returns to LacrosseMonkey.com™ will require
a return authorization number. NO returns will be accepted without
this number, please call us for any returns or exchanges so that we
can provide you with an authorized return authorization number.
*NOTE: Any returns
without this return authorization number on the box will be refused at the cost of
the shipper!
**Special orders, Team Orders, or
Other Special Accommodations are
NOT returnable nor exchangeable for any reason.**

for ANY reason::.
All shaft and head warranties are Factory Direct.
To be covered by warranty, all sticks must be completely broken from
game play or practice. Dings, Dents, and Scratches are NOT covered
by Warranty. Heads must not be gratuitously abused, altered ( i.e.
pinched ),defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged. Stringing components
are not covered under warranty.
You must contact the correct manufacturer to receive warranty information
and a return authorization number. All products must be accompanied
by a receipt to show proof of purchase and purchase date. The Manufacturer,
upon receiving defective product, will send a new shaft or unstrung
head back to you.
NO WARRANTIES
Warrior Alloy 2000, STX AL6000, Brine Throttle, and DeBeer 6000 series
sticks.
30 DAY WARRANTY
All Titanium Defense Shafts.
6 MONTH WARRANTY
