We are based out of Southern California, so choose your shipping times accordingly! GROUND SHIPPING ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO 48 HOURS TO PROCESS. If you absolutely need it by a certain day then choose one of the air services.

Orders exceeding one package or considered oversized due to weight or size may

All AIR orders placed prior to 11:00 a.m. PST will usually ship that same day (assuming all items are in-stock). Sometimes we receive so many orders that we may take an additional day to process your order. (If you need a product by a specific date then please call us). Any order placed after 11:00 a.m. on Friday will be shipped the following non-holiday Monday.

*NOTE: That pick-ups are Monday-Friday only. Overnight orders that ship on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless you choose the Saturday delivery option. UPS will NOT ship to PO Boxes, please use a physical street address. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us and a 15% re-stocking fee. UPS Customs Brokerage provides customs clearance for shipments entering Canada, including all other modes of transportation such as truck, rail, air and ocean freight. Enjoy the low UPS rates for customs clearance on all your imports by simply telling your carrier that UPS is your Customs Broker.

*As of January 2, 2005, we will not accept any returns without a Authorized Return Number - please call 1.800.225.7603 for return authorization. Packages without an Authorized Return Number will be refused!

All Returns or Exchanges must be completed within 30-days of original shipping date.

-Exchanges: We understand that sometimes items do not fit exactly the first time, therefore, LacrosseMonkey.com™ will gladly exchange any products purchased from our site. Please contact us for return/exchange information. Customer must pay for shipping both directions!

-Refunds: Items that are returned without exchanging for another item are subject to a 10% restocking fee + the original cost of shipping.

 
-Express Exchange: Express service is available for a $5 service charge. If upon receipt of products the customer desires a new item sent out immediately then the express service is for you. We can charge your credit card for the new item plus shipping (there is no Free Shipping on exchanges) and the $5 service charge; then, when the original item is received, we will refund you the full price of the original item. There are several costs to us for doing this...thus the $5 service charge.

-Clearance/Closeout Items: Clearance or Closeout items can NOT be returned or exchanged, and all sales are FINAL. All clearance or closeout items have limited quantities and are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

All shaft and head warranties are Factory Direct.

To be covered by warranty, all sticks must be completely broken from game play or practice. Dings, Dents, and Scratches are NOT covered by Warranty. Heads must not be gratuitously abused, altered ( i.e. pinched ),defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged. Stringing components are not covered under warranty.

You must contact the correct manufacturer to receive warranty information and a return authorization number. All products must be accompanied by a receipt to show proof of purchase and purchase date. The Manufacturer, upon receiving defective product, will send a new shaft or unstrung head back to you.
